Chiropractor
Matthew Kill, D.C.
Dr. Matthew Kill joined the Chiro 1st team in August of 2023. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati and went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2015.
Some of Dr. Matt's specialties include spinal and extremity adjustments, Functional Range Release, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Fascia Movement Taping. RockTape or "KT" tape, and functional rehabilitation for decreased pain and increased mobility.
His love for chiropractic care came from suffering from low back pain after being injured in a football game as a high school freshman. Dr. Matt decided to become a chiropractor because he was fascinated by how quickly his doctor was able to decrease his pain and improve his functionality. Dr. Matt's focus on his patients is to get them back to their normal functioning activities as soon as possible. Determined to do so, he uses chiropractic adjustments and rehabilitation to educate patients on exercises and stretching techniques that can be applied outside of the clinic.
Dr. Matt treats a wide range of patients from the desk worker to the elite athlete. He believes that all of his patients are athletes because we all need to be able to squat, bend, walk, and lift. Outside of working in the clinic, Dr. Matt enjoys spending time outdoors with friends, hiking, climbing, and camping. Since moving to Washington State in 2015, he has been spending much of his free time exploring what the state has to offer.

X-rays in our office are taken in a weight-bearing position (standing or sitting) to more accurately show the biomechanical stress on the spine.

Begin Your Journey To Better Health
The word “Chiropractic” is derived from the Greek words “cheir” (hand) and “praktos” (done) combined to mean “done by hand.” It was chosen by the developer of chiropractic care, Daniel David Palmer. In 1895, D.D. Palmer performed a chiropractic adjustment on a partially deaf janitor, Harvey Lillard, who later reported that his hearing had improved due to the change.
D.D. Palmer opened the first chiropractic school two years later, and in the century since, chiropractic professionals have used spinal adjustments to help people prevent and cope with back pain, carpal tunnel, muscle strain, headaches and migraines, and a variety of other physical ailments. Millions of people benefit from the work of Dr. Palmer today.
